I absolutely loved the traditional Thai decor throughout the hotel. The vibrant colors and intricate details really added to the overall ambiance. The general areas were very well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior woman. The hotel was also easily accessible with ramps and elevators, ensuring that I could move around comfortably without any issues.
A better vacation for senior people would have been even more enjoyable if there were more activities or programs specifically tailored for our age group. The children working there were lovely, but it would have been great to have some dedicated activities or amenities that catered to the needs and interests of senior guests.

Beautiful infinity pool, bungalows, fair mini bar prices. Amazing seaside view from the terrace and the pool.
Since the resort is on the cliff next to Karon beach (approx 1km from the beach but no pedestrian paths) you have to take a tuk tuk ride to the beach. The resort charges 250 bahts per person for this ride one way, which is way too overpriced (it should be max 30-50 per person), so for the price of 1200b per night (2 pax) you need to add extra 1000 for transport to the beach and back (2 pax).

I keep going back for the great service, lovely rooms, and beautiful views. The staff even helped me get back my forgotten shower bag. Free Wi-Fi, paid parking, 24-hour reception, and a restaurant make it even better. Perfect for my city break.

The deal was very good - a double aircon room for 1050 baqht/night. The room was very comfortable, with tv, cable, tea-point and fridge, a small balcony looking to sea, and a pool two minutes away. There was free transport to and from the neighbouring beaches every morning.
Beer was overpriced in the bar - a heineken was 220 baht! (60 in the shops)

Reasonable price, great mini pool, quiet place to relax away from busy nightlife
Shuttle bus should run often, water heater in room not working properly

I chose this hotel for attending a session as it provides a perfect location for business conferences. The Secret Oval Conference Room was spacious and accommodated up to 20 people, making it ideal for my work needs. The facilities were well-maintained and conducive to productive meetings.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. Having a designated space with printers, computers, and office supplies would have been beneficial for handling urgent work tasks.

me and my husband came for honeymoon/ the staff is realy kind/ u have resaurant in the hotel, internet too/ sweet pool not too big that u can buy drinks next to the pool. the hotel is 5 mins driving in taxi ot motobike. 300 to pathong beach or 250 to karon beach. we rented a motobike in 300 per day from karon its much beeter to do so. the room is clean i would grade it from 1-10 - i will give 5points/ but its ok/ its worth it. if i will be there i will come again

It takes place near two amazing and different beaches.
No box in the bathroom what mess up everything and the room floor is made of concrete, terrible. I was staying at the top chalets so had to cross the road and climb the hill every time to reach the room. As everything is open, you feel a bit unsafe. Would stay at the rooms bellow the road next time.

The view from the room was amazing and we could see the beautiful sunset every day. the staff was friendly and offered a shuttle service to the nearby beaches. the room was clean and spacious with comfortable bedding.
The food in the on-site restaurant was overpriced and not tasty. Some of the staff was impolite and not very helpful.

Leaving the hotel
The staff were so incredibly rude. We had staff members trying to break into the room while were inside at 1am in the morning. My partner caught them running away in the hotel uniforms. We were so frightened and needed to call the reception, but there was no phone in our room. We called from our overseas mobiles to the man at the reception who hung up on us twice. Half of the hotel is on the opposite side of a highway, which is where we were located. On this occasion we had to run across the highway in the middle of the night scared out of our minds to go and see if the reception was opened. At the reception was a security guard sitting on a chair smirking and laughing at us. The man at the reception pretended not to know anything about it at all, until we mentioned wanting the polices phone number, and then he lied straight to our face and told us it was him trying to check someone into our room. This was a blatant lie as they were bashing and kicking at our door for half an hour. I also became ill and my boyfriend requested local hospital information, which the reception did not provide to us. When checking in we were given no information about the services of the hotel. The staff at the restaurant had a complete attitude. This hotel ruined our trip for us. We regret booking it and do not recommend anyone to stay here. There was long brown hair all over the floor of the rooms and under the bed was incredibly dirty with pieces of plastic. The floors were unfinished concrete and not up to scratch. The hotel is a 4 minute drive from Patong beach. Everytime you wish to go to Patong via tuk tuk or taxi it is 300 baht. This is more expensive than in Sydney. If i was the owner or manager of this hotel i would assess my hiring process. Your staff need to be trained and educated in good manners. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and i have travelled all over the world.
